Bottle issues, refunds, and cancellations.
Quièvremont says it will replace or refund bottles that are damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory, and asks that the customer return the unopened bottle for replacement where appropriate.
The page states that, by law, alcoholic beverages generally cannot be returned unless the product is corked or flawed. It also says the winery cannot accept returns for wine damaged by adverse weather during shipment or for wine ordered in error.
For corked or flawed products, guests are instructed to email info@quievremont.com to arrange the return. Once the wine is received, the winery says it will refund the credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling, unless the original shipment itself was damaged or flawed, in which case shipping and handling are also refunded.
The cancellation policy states that a 15% restocking fee applies to canceled orders.
